Web design is a process of conceptualization, planning, modeling, and execution of electronic media content delivery via Internet. The intent of web design is to build a web space made up of a collection of text, forms, bit-mapped images such as GIFs, JPEGs, PNGs.

One difficulty faced by most web designers is without a doubt supporting the different brands web browser applications available on the Internet. The headache arises mainly from Microsoft's Internet Explorer and Mozilla based browsers such as Firefox coming up with their own protocols rather than collectively embracing a common standard for web languages. This has thus led to many quirks when using certain tags and functions with respect to the browser brand.

Having an abundance of experience and stronger developer background instead of a graphical designer's eye has allowed me to minimise and fix cross browser compatibility found in all web projects. Taking interactiving one notch further, AJAX (Asynchronous Javascript and XML) is another of my speciality which makes pages more responsive in turn increasing a website's speed, functionality and usability by only retrieving information requested by the user.

That said, I have indepth knowledge in creating web sites using a combination of HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS and various scripting language such as PHP and JSP.
